Fast, vivid and yet astonishing precise brush strokes is the story of calligraphy. It’s the story of expressing the very essence of life in seconds after years of practice. As an art form calligraphy resembles the satori moment of Zen Buddhism: the moment where the distinction between control and spontaneity, object and subjectivity, past and future dissolves in a perfect balanced comprehension of being.

With the series ‘Stroke Trace’ graphical artist Casper Heijkenskjöld from Sweden plays with the spiritual depths of calligraphic art and transforms the ancient art form into a new, Scandinavian variant. He keeps the vivid brush strokes but replaces the original content of letters, symbols and spiritual wisdom with a modern and abstract vocabulary of distinct patterns and shapes.

Today’s calligraphy by Casper Heijkenskjöld is not about him comprehending and expressing the essence of life with a stroke of a brush – it’s about letting you puzzle together your own “picture of life”. 

You have 30 calendar days to return a spoiler/loader/clips from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The spoiler/loader/clips must be in the original packaging and the product needs to have the proof of purchase.

 

Once ARTSPOIL receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your spoiler/loader/clips. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
